 BLOG 3: The Role of Technology in my Profession and Life


Technology

I was born when the technology was still a privilege only for wealthy people. We also had access to electricity and TV, although not very good condition. When i turned 7 years old, my dad gave me his old phone, one of those Nokia, that was closing, the famous "conchita". Then i could have more access to other technologies, such as a notebook or tablet.


If i think about my favorite piece of technology is the internet, because with this it is possible to connect from one corner of the world to the other, know more and fill us with more knowledge, a single network  has so much power, that fascinates and scares me a little, but if it's my favorite, along with the smartphone.

Internet + Smartphone= power of knowledge at your fingertips.



Well, i have already mentioned the power of technology, and in times here it helps us to such levels that sometimes it exceeds us, i feel that it' almost impossible to live without technology, less if you're a student.

As a designer in process i need the Internet and technological advantages to be able to easily reach other cultures and places that perhaps i can't meet in person, but though Google and that, serves me to have new visions of art and design from what already exist, but include my own perspective.

Episode III: The Wings Tour It was mi first concert, i remember i was very anxious and happy, it would be the fist time i would attend this type of event and everything was paid for by myself, despite being around 14 years old i worked very hard to get the money and get VIP ticket. My Dream Job

   BLOG 4:  My Dream Job Stage Designer for my Favorite Groups The job i dream of is totally related to my musical tastes, and even the career i chose to study was to come closer to fulfilling this dream. I really like many Asian Pop groups, the reason i like them is 'cause of the aesthetic they use in their videos and their record label, since i discovered it, i have always fascinated by their sets, costumes, makeup and the lighting used in the presentations, so i realized that was what i wanted, to design the presentations along with the costumes for these Oriental Artists. I'm a dreamer, i like to design costumes after listening to new songs that come out my favorite groups and image how they would like when performing a stage. A country/place I would love visiting

  BLOG 1:  A country/place I would love visiting Hengdian World Studios Since i was a child, i always felt admiration for Oriental culture, and as i grew up and defined my tastes, i became more aware of architecture and my favorite was, and is, the ancient architecture of China. This place is full of this type architecture, so for those who love these things it's the right place, at least for me it is.  Is a big place, beautiful, comfortable and with lots of vegetation around it, algo gives u a unique cultural experience. If i went there, i would visit every corner of the place, every little detail there should be very precious to look at, also it would help me contributing knowledge for my future like stage designer.
